How To Pickup Order?
We offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP. No minimum purchase is required. To pickup, up your order bring your confirmation email and government Photo ID. On arrival, we will meet you at the curbside. Pickup is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 2pm-5pm.
When Are Orders Shipped?
We start processing orders as soon as they are placed. Unfortunately, after purchase, any changes to orders except shipping address are not possible. After payments are received orders will be shipped 24-72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). A tracking number will be provided upon confirmation that your order been shipped. During high volume times, such as sales, holidays, or new releases, please allow up to 7 business days unless stated otherwise.
How To Track My Order?

Where Do Orders Ship From?
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
How Long Do Pre-orders Take?
Items described as a PRE-ORDER means that your entire order will be shipped on the date the item arrives at our warehouse. If you order other items along with the "PRE-ORDER" they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept credit/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept PayPal credit transfers.
Is My Payment Information Safe?
Absolutely! Your payment information is transferred over to us via your choosing payment institute/Shopify so we don’t hold or see any of your financial information.
Who Pays The Custom and Duties?
All import fees, customs, taxes and any additional charges upon delivery are of the sole responsibility of the customers. MCKIVA BEAUTY is not responsible for any customs/international taxes. If you have any customs related questions you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Expected Shipping Times for Canada
Canada Post Expedited shipping is included in standard shipping rates per province unless another rate is selected at check-out. Expedited shipping within Canada is normally 2-10 business days depending on location.
Expected Shipping Times for United States
Canada Post Tracked Packet is included in shipping rates unless another rate is selected at check-out. All Tracked Packet shipping rates differ depending on location. The shipping timeframe is normally 7-16 business days depending on location.
Expected Shipping Time For International
The shipping time frame is 45 days depending on the shipping rate selected at check-out.
I Have Tracked My Parcel and It Shows Delivered But I Haven’t Received It?
Check your neighbours or any other place your parcels are sometimes left. Still can’t find your package? Send us a message and would try to contact the delivery company for more information about your parcel.
Can I Wear Mascara With My Lashes?
It is optional to wear mascara to seal the false lashes.
Do Lashes Come With Adhesive and Tools?
Lash adhesives and tools are sold separately.

What If I Have Allergies Reaction?
As tested by our developers, our lip gloss, eyelash and other products are allergy-free. Each person's skin condition is different, and it needs to be used to know. It’s advisable to perform a patch test prior to the application of our product. Patch tests should be done 24-48 hours before use. Should a reaction occur, please discontinue use.
Are The Lashes and Cosmetics Cruelty-Free?
All of our products are 100% cruelty-free, non-toxic and vegan.

I Have Entered An Incorrect Shipping Address, What Do I Do?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can adjust your shipping address before shipping, as customer service team can take up 24-48 hours to receive your email.
