Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.  For all orders shipping is calculated at checkout by location and weight. There is FREE SHIPPING on orders of $70+ for USA and Canada. We offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP. No minimum purchase required. The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses so ensure to double check your address. If the package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address entered by the buyer, the buyer will receive a store credit for the subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping). If the package is mis-delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address left at checkout by the buyer, the paid amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged base manufacturer or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage, lost or stolen package. We make sure your product is in perfect condition before shipping. Once your order leaves Mckiva Beauty, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your product arrives damaged in transit, please submit a damage claim through Canada Post/USPS/DHL (depending on your location). Once your damage claim has been submitted, please follow all further instructions provided.
