REFUND
WE REALLY HOPE YOU LOVE OUR PRODUCTS AS MUCH AS WE LOVE THEM. BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE HYGENIC NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR REGULAR PRODUCT, AND THERE IS A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE FOR STORE CREDIT. BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER, DESCRIPTION AND VALID PICTURES TO PROOF DEFECT PRODUCT.
RETURN
All return must be based on MANUFACTURER DEFECT. To be eligible for a STORE CREDIT your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need to show receipt or proof of purchase of the original price and not sales price. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on PROMOTIONAL/SALES ITEMS AND GIFT CARD.
APPROVE FOR RETURN/REFUND
After submitting all the necessary documents, and the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return must be sent with a valid tracking number and be accompanied with the original packing slip. Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Note that
SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
